We engage our employees and wider stakeholders to unlock their talent and knowledge to drive year on year progress in sustainability.
We recognise that transparent communication is essential for transformational change and we quantifiably contribute to 8 SDG.
Restore Technology is the UK’s largest provider of IT lifecycle services. In this crucial Decade of Action, the company wants to ensure that they are a force for good: positively transforming society and the planet by measuring its own impact on the environment.
Its services are carried out with a focus on the environment and community support. They are involved in a number of charitable initiatives, donating IT assets to schools and charities across the UK. The company works hard to ensure the assets they process are diverted from landfills and to keep its services green.
Through Planet Mark, RestoreTechnology has protected endangered rainforest thanks to Cool Earth; a charity working alongside rainforest communities to halt deforestation. Its pledge through Cool Earth goes directly towards supporting the Asháninka community in Central Peru.
It is also helping the Eden Project – an educational charity building connections with each other and the living world, exploring how we can work together towards a better future. The company is looking forward to sharing its sustainability achievements with the wider community.
To recertify next year Restore Technology must reduce emissions by 2.5%.
A 5% year-on-year reduction is the target reduction recommended by Planet Mark.
